3. Multiple Nominations per Household If it is discovered that more than one nomination was made per household:

  • The lower of the two amounts provided will be subject to repayment in full.

  • A 10% fee and legal and court fees will also be applied to the repayment.

4. Veteran Eligibility and Fraud Veterans applying for assistance must submit a DD-214 form proving their service and an honorable discharge.

  • If a veteran’s dishonorable discharge has valid and forgivable circumstances, the case will be reviewed by the 4th Street Marketing Board for potential approval.

  • Any fraudulent submission or misrepresentation of a veteran’s information will result in legal and criminal action pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Agreement to Terms By accepting nomination or funding, nominees and recipients explicitly agree to these terms. Compliance with participation requests is a condition of receiving assistance.

Legal Clauses

  1. Force Majeure: 4th Street Marketing is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, or cyberattacks.
